Brief Bio

• Shray Mehta is pursuing BBA-LLB (honours) at the School of law, University of Mumbai (Thane-Sub-Campus). He is expected to graduate in 2020. He topped his batch in accounting/finance, managerial economics and criminal law, along with that he was the class representative of his batch and the general secretary of the moot court association of his college.
• He has previously conducted extensive research on topics related to dispute resolution, banking/ finance and taxation for various international law firms, organizations.
• He has published research papers in international law journals on the topics relating to the regulations governing mergers and acquisitions with respect to ASEAN, and Mediation for Maritime Disputes in India. He has successfully completed his course on intellectual property from WIPO, and is preparing for a course in Securities Markets from National Institute of Securities Markets and learning Japanese.
