Brief Bio

• Konnor is a Senior at Miami University majoring in Economics with a minor in Chinese. He is passionate about international relations, environmental issues, and public policy. He is also interested in economics and how it enables the development of pragmatic solutions to problems in the aforementioned areas.
• He is currently living abroad in Shanghai, China for the summer where he is working on improving his Mandarin and learning more about the culture and daily life in China.
• He has been honored by the National Honor Society. He has received National Merit Scholarship Corporation Letter of Commendation apart from having awarded with Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction.
• He is associated with Miami University, China America Business Organization. Has worked on intercultural projects and professional development along with international students to develop a deeper cultural understanding of Chinese society and business practices. He co-wrote a paper analyzing opportunities for sustainability and environmental initiatives within the alcohol industry.
