Brief Bio
- Divya is a final year student, BA LLB UILS Panjab University. She is having an array of experience in Corporate law and litigation has worked on various projects of IP. Internship experience at Supreme court of India and Punjab & Haryana Highcourt.
- She is a Pro- Bono activist she worked as a National Wing President and a State President at National Youth Council Of India working as a legal researcher in a ladli Foundation Trust also acted with WICCI. She also advises clients on strategies for protecting or exploiting their IP. And she looks forward to working with IPR firms.
- She has done extensive research on the Social reforms in India to be brought in and on Intellectual Property Rights .
- She writes on Current events of law and has published numerous articles on rape laws and privacy laws , cyber laws, Criminal identification bill , environment laws etc.
