Brief Bio

• From a senior large-Company HR Background, Vineeta is the founder of InnerGram, an organization formed with the purpose of contributing to a deep understanding of the mind and the brain and helping people to apply that understanding to perform better as individuals, operationally in organizations and collectively as a society.
• She is an executive coach and leadership expert. She supports organizations and business executives to maximize their potential and performance. She has worked across the globe on wide variety of assignments spanning Culture & Change, Leadership Development, Inclusion & Diversity and Talent Management.
• Vineeta has worked with the Godrej Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Cipla and DSM where she led diverse strategic HR roles. She has a depth of experience in talent management, assessment and development of board level executives, leadership competencies and behavioural models and mentoring & coaching.
• She is a passionate about helping create a gender balanced world and supporting women to get their feminine energy beyond families and out into the world.
